- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, or in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return.
Refund Process: Upon receipt of your return, we will process the refund within 5 – 8 business days, excluding delivery charges, using the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Return Methods: Customers can return products by mail.
Return Labels: Return labels are provided for defective products. For customer remorse, the label is included in the box.

Return Shipping Cost: For defective products, return shipping is free. For customer remorse, there is no return shipping cost.
Refund And Exchange Policy:
- All items are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective.
- Defective, items will be replaced with identical items in the same size.

Damaged Or Faulty Items:
- For items that are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, we will take corrective action, including refunding the purchase price and providing a prepaid return shipping label.
- Damaged or faulty items include unraveled seams and holes present before use.
- Address and product variant changes after shipping cannot be accommodated or refunded.

Shipping: We ship to the address provided on the credit card. Please verify the accuracy, as returned orders will incur reshipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs: You will not be charged for return shipping costs. However, any no-cost return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
